Chat questions are sent to our website when you press Send. Website-guide mode uses our published information. In AI mode, submitted messages and relevant public source material are sent to OpenAI to compose a response. We do not save chat transcripts to an application database or request stored OpenAI responses. Provider processing and retention policies still apply.
The conversation remains in page memory until you reload or choose New chat. A brief is temporarily placed in session storage only when you choose to continue to the enquiry form. The form removes it after reading it and discards briefs more than 30 minutes old when read. It is not sent to the team until you submit that form. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser.
