You don’t need a finished brief to begin. Ask Melos about the work you have in mind, explore a relevant project, or work out which service fits.
Need answers on your website, an appointment journey or help between your existing tools? Compare chatbot development, booking systems and AI agents before choosing a direction.
Chatbot or AI agent? ↗Explore Gorgeous, Webora and our website projects. Answers link to the published case studies so you can see the scope and open the original work.
Explore the portfolio ↗Choose a service, describe the problem and note the tools you use. Review your brief, carry it to the contact form, then decide when to send it.
Start a project enquiry ↗The assistant uses Melos’s published service pages, project information and planning guides. Each answer includes links to relevant sources. “Website guide” means the reply is selected from curated website information. “AI answer” means generative AI has helped compose it. If the AI service is unavailable, the website guide remains available.
It can explain what affects the scope and prepare a brief. A price, delivery date or call time needs to be agreed with the team. The assistant cannot make bookings, take payments or access private project records. A brief is only sent after you review and submit the contact form.
Messages are sent to the website’s chat endpoint when you press Send. In AI mode, your submitted conversation and relevant public website content are also sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The application does not save chat transcripts to a database or request stored OpenAI responses; provider processing and retention policies still apply. Your visible conversation stays in this page’s memory and clears when you reload or select New chat.
Your theme preference is remembered. A project brief is placed in temporary session storage only when you choose “Continue to enquiry”; it is removed when the contact form reads it, or discarded if it is more than 30 minutes old when read. Keep chat questions general and leave out passwords, payment details and private customer information.
Of course. Contact Melos with the question you want to discuss. For more on information you submit through the site, read our privacy policy.
